cancellation policy
If a cancellation notice is served to the Course Provider within Three (3) days from the date of this Agreement, the full amount of the total sum received by the Course Provider will be refunded.
If a cancellation notice is served to the Course Provider within Seven (7) days from the date of this Agreement, fifty per centum (50%) of the total sum received by the Course Provider will be refunded
Once the cancellation request is received, a full investigation will be initiated. We would advise a cancellation request within 12 hours upon your cancellation request submission.

REFUND POLICY
Your refund will be issued once we have conducted the investigation and found the cancellation request is acceptable. Once the cancellation notice fulfills our return policy, the full refund will be initiated. The method of refund will be processed by Online Bank Transfer.
